OC Santa Crawl

By using this site and/or attending the OC Santa Crawl, you agree to these terms:

1. There are no refunds. All sales are final. The ticket purchase is a donation to the Eli Home. 

2. You will not drink and drive. If you do so, OC Santa Crawl is not held responsible. In the case of an accident or injury, you will hold harmless OC Santa Crawl, staff, volunteers, participating bars, sponsors, team members, other crawlers and anyone else involved in the crawl. You are responsible for your own actions and repercussions. 

3. By attending this event, you agree to be photographed. OC Santa Crawl has the rights to these pictures and can use them for event promotions, advertising, use on our website, social media and possibly financial gain. If you tag OC Santa Crawl (@OCSantaCrawl) you are giving permission for use of those pictures as well. 

4. You agree to have fun, meet people, be nice, and remember to be jolly. 

5. If you do not act properly, follow the laws set forth by the City of Newport Beach, all Bar Rules and OC Santa Crawl Rules, you may be escorted or removed from the event without notice or refund. 

6. Just be good and don't cause problems, ok?
